By using BestBlogs.dev (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. You must have reached the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use this service.

• One account per person

BestBlogs.dev is an AI-powered personalized reading workflow for quality content, offering the following service tiers. We reserve the right to adjust the scope of each tier with reasonable notice:

• Pro is billed monthly via Creem
• Prices are displayed at checkout
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Access continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation; no partial refunds for unused time
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

• Curated content belongs to the original authors and publishing platforms
• BestBlogs provides AI-generated summaries, scores, and analysis
• User-generated content (highlights, notes, chat) remains the user's property
• BestBlogs is licensed to use user feedback for service improvement

• No scraping or automated access (except via our public API with a valid API key)
• No large-scale redistribution of curated content
• No abuse of AI features (prompt injection, harmful content generation)
• No account sharing

• AI Screening results, summaries, and analysis are for informational purposes only
• They do not constitute professional advice
• They may contain inaccuracies
• The expert review layer enhances quality but does not guarantee accuracy

• We provide best-effort availability with no SLA guarantee
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

• The service is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for content accuracy, service interruptions, or third-party service issues
• Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months

• You can delete your account at any time
• BestBlogs may terminate accounts for terms violations with notice
• Data deletion follows the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established (excluding conflict of law rules). For users in other jurisdictions, local laws shall apply to the extent mandated by applicable local regulations.

Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation (up to 30 days). If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction where the operator is established.

Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
