This article introduces the "Maifa Nebula Intelligent Customer Service Demo," a joint initiative by Maifa Technology and ModelScope Community. The platform aims to elevate AI interaction from traditional text-based dialogue to multimodal embodiment. At its core is the world's first Language Action Model (LAM) for text-to-multimodal 3D generation, capable of real-time conversion of text or voice input into a 3D digital human's speech, expressions, gestures, and movements. The system utilizes a cloud-edge collaboration architecture, ensuring low cost (operable on cost-effective chipsets), low latency (millisecond-level response), and high concurrency. Furthermore, the platform provides open intelligent engine interfaces, supporting integration with frameworks like LangChain and technologies such as RAG. This solution addresses the limitations of traditional AI customer service experiences by delivering high-quality, trustworthy AI interactions, supporting various styles, and enabling cross-terminal deployment.
