Getting Started

Three steps to get started with BestBlogs: sign up, pick your interests, open your first daily brief.

BestBlogs gets you from "sign up" to "checking your daily brief" in three steps. The whole flow takes under three minutes.

Step 1 — Sign up or sign in

Open bestblogs.dev and click Sign in / Sign up in the top-right:

  • Both email + password and Google sign-in are supported.
  • New users can sign up without an invite code; Pro access during the invite-only beta requires an invite code (see FAQ).
  • Once signed in, your preferences load automatically. Public content is browseable without an account.

Step 2 — Pick the topics you care about

First-time users see the interest onboarding flow:

  • Choose tags across three tiers — Domain, Topic, and Entity.
  • Picking at least 3 domains + 5 topics produces noticeably better recommendations from day one.
  • You can adjust your profile any time under Settings → Interest profile; weights continue to evolve from your likes, dislikes, and bookmarks.

Step 3 — Open today's brief

From the home page or the My Brief entry in the left sidebar:

  • Free: one shared public brief every day, curated over a three-day content window.
  • Pro: one personalized brief every day, plus audio edition, deep-read picks, and reflection prompts.
  • Subscribe via email or podcast RSS to plug the brief into the workflow you already have.

You've now used the full BestBlogs loop — browse → read → feedback → personalize. Next stops:
